Yeh Hai Chahatein 5 November 2020, Rudraksha reaches the forensic lab and tries to record it, but the security guard stops him saying that he cannot go inside without an employee card.
He wonders how to enter and see someone else’s employee card and decides to use that card. Preisha arrives at the hospital and asks what happened to Neerja suddenly while she was improving.
Rahul says that he does not know what happened to Neerja and she asks to save Neerja. She says that she will try her best to save him.
Neerja’s doctor does not allow Preisha to say that she should cure Neerja and Preisha does not even know her medical history.
She says that Neerja was his patient and as a doctor it is his responsibility to save the life of the patient and does not matter whose patient he is. She says that she will not leave here until she saves her friend and moves towards Neerja.
She asks him what happened and says that she cannot die like this, she has to live for her daughter and Rahul. She tells him to fight back and she doesn’t let him go like this.
Everyone is shocked to hear the sound of beep. Rahul made a noise, taking Neerja’s name.
Yuvraj smiles and thinks that Rahul believed that Preisha would come and save Neerja but what happened he died before her eyes and she could not do anything about it.
He tells Rahul to handle himself and accepts reality instead of crying. Preisha asks the doctor to do something. The doctor says that he can do nothing now.
She says how can she say that when they can bring her back and says they will shock her and he starts giving her shock treatment.
Neerja starts breathing. Yuvraj thinks what magic it is, the dead person is now alive and says that Preisha has now become God. Rahul gets happy and hugs Yuvraj and says that Preisha saved Neerja and smiled.
Ahana tells Mishka that the manager should send the entire footage so that they can know the real culprit. He learns that Yuvraj too went to the terrace, but realizes that he cannot be the killer and he has no connection with Kirti either and sees that Mishka is going to the roof.
Ahana says that whoever is going on the roof after Mishka can be the killer. And they are shocked to see something. Rudraksha enters the lab using an employee card and he tries to replace the DNA sample but the shocking report is already ready and now thinks about how she will save Sarada.
She learns that Preeta is not Sarnash’s mother and says that this cannot be the truth. Another employee says that anyone can lie but this is not a DNA report and according to this she is not his biological mother. He said that science does not lie.
Rudraksha wonders who is her mother if she is not the mother of Saranash and he marries thinking that she is the mother of Sarvansh and girlfriend of Rajiv.
Neerja’s doctor praises Preisha and thanks her. Preisha says that Neerja is brave and that she will get well soon and also she is out of danger now so there is no need to worry. Rohal apologizes to him. She says that she will forgive him when Rudraksha trusts her on that day.
Yuvraj tells Rahul to stay with Neerja. Rudraksha feels that Preeta has also married him and he is in Sharan’s custody, so how is it possible that she is not his mother.
Preisha arrives at the forensic lab and is shocked to see Rudraksha there. He said that he destroyed the report, but could not change Sharda’s sample. She says that they have to change the sample first.
